So so so so so uncomfortable because I ate something I hadn’t planned for / it is putting me over my calories and now I’m anxious, I want to just binge on the sweets because “I’ll start restricting on Friday anyway” but I also want to restrict but I’m also afraid of touching my dinner bcs I calculated everything so my micronutrients needs would be met holy f***. so anxious. I wish I could leave my post and go for a walk I’m going nuts
