It’s cathletic way for me to vent my intrusive thoughts and get the out of my God dammed brain so I can go about my day like a normal God damned person. It’s not my fault the b**** was watching me like a hawk. I never used her legal name and I made up that God damned nickname because I’m a Greek mythology nerd and it’s symbolic of my unhealthy attachment to her. Why can’t you all just leave me the fucm alone. I have never hurt anybody. I am not violent. I’m just sick. F*** you all for picking on somebody who lost everything and just wanted someone to talk to. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you all die of covid. RE: Humiliation is the worst type of punishment for anyone to experience.

Yes humiliation should be added in a large dose to any physical punishment. The belt, the paddle, the cane, a hot soapy enema, should all be done in front of the family, the classmates or the sought after romantic interest.

Humiliation makes the punishment more effective, remembered and a future transgression is less likely. Humiliate before, during and after the punishment for effective behavior modification.

Pics and video is are a good reminder of the punishment and are excellent for humiliation.

If these organizations are expecting donations to help students in need. They don’t need to be picky about the backpack donations. They can’t accept used backpacks. That’s dumb! If they expect new then they need to provide that themselves. If they can’t and rely on others outside that organization to donate they should not be picky. Beggers can’t be choosers. That’s why I don’t donate or support them. That teaches the kids that they can always have what they want.
