I finished paying off a mortgage to a property I rent out before the age of 30 ;), have stocks and bonds with two of the biggest banks in my respective country, been scouted to model by strangers, have a great education I can bank on, take care of my family (no kids, I mean my folks and extended relatives) financially and otherwise.
