And another fun fact: Did you know that if someone holds a professional license and that organization has a code of ethics, you can file a complaint to have someone’s license revoked. For example, lets say you hold a license to be an HOA or community manager and in the course of your duties you choose to start an affair with a married man in that community and then you make certain that his wife finds out, thus destroying that family…you can have a complaint filed to revoke your license to be a certified property manager. Additionally, if you live in one of the six states that have alienation of affection laws you can also be sued for being a home wrecker. Just a little something to ponder. 😂
