Words could never express how broken I’m feeling right now. I don’t know why I let my heart get so attached knowing nothing could ever come from it. I guess something inside of me said you were going to be different. That you’d be the one person who’d never leave me no matter what. Something about you made me feel safe, wanted, and heard. I should have known better. Now here I am feeling like I lost something that was never really mine. I just hope and pray I find that connection I feel with you with someone…. Someone who’ll choose me. 😓
