The Star On 54 version of that song is g******* terrible. It’s a damn terrible interpretation of that song.
Not that the original Gordon Lightfoot somg is any better, but the Stars On 54 version takes a song which is easy going and maybe bit sad, what it should be, and turns it into basically some crazy b**** at the dance club, drunk, high, getting ready to f*** 4 guys in one night, mocking the ex. It’s not good, it’s not cool, it’s actually retarded.
At least Gordon did it right, even if it’s not good either.
