To “Because of being s******* assaulted…”

Your reactions are fully within the bounds of normalcy to those who have experienced what you have experienced.

While we all exist in a society that attempts to mandate that everyone else allow for the effects of such traumatic experiences while it does zero to tether the reactions to the experiences for the understanding of the masses.

This same society does zero to reduce those experiences in the first place while sometimes bringing “double jeopardy” upon other victims such as yourself. Double Jeopardy in that it first condemns you to having had to know such an experience, while then making it illegal to do some of the work for which such experiences qualified you to do.

A more correct society would be stopping the experiences in the first place rather than trying to sweep their effects under a rug and pretending that they don’t occur to begin with.

I can’t even imagine the ‘spidey senses’ known to past victims, although eventually those victims become drawn right to the very traits (they so often first witnessed in childhood, in male role models – perhaps the only male role models who were around)… and their social lives are then effectively filled with repetition of the traumatic experiences.

Still another societal conundrum.
