Yeah, you know what, I think I agree with you. I have thankfully always believed that too and have never been on any. You should not take meds for things like depression, because once you’re on them, first of all you are screwing with your body, chemically. Your brain. That’s bad. That’s bad if you ever want to get off them when your body has built up a tolerance. I always knew that.
I think people need to s*** it up and find way of dealing with s***, other than suicide. Anything. Tough it out and find a way to distract yourself because eventually, it might be a long time, years, eventually you will come out of it. And you will naturally be stronger. People though… fix it with drugs. Anything you eventually end up taking one of every day, for life is really f****** bad. Unless it’s a vitamin. I don’t take vitamins personally, but maybe I should. Maybe you had a heart surgery and because of that, you need to be on a pill or two, that’s different. Them’s the breaks, but otherwise… Being one of those people, you will die young or mess your brain up.
I don’t think people should be messing with their brains though. That’s something that should be worked on naturally. It really isn’t that hard. It’s about distraction, doing something good and cool, that will prevent you from being depressed at all times. Meditation, but less boring. It’s meditation while actually doing something.
