I’m working behind the scenes to get my colleague fired.
It’s warranted – the person is lazy, angry, and rude, and I’ve been nice to them for more than a year, but I still get treated like s*** by this person.
The person has got away with not working properly (and being an arrogant f*ckwit) for too long. Other people from other areas in the company are also secretly working together to get the person fired. I reckon the person will be out of a job by March.
I feel kinda guilty, but also thrilled at the idea of having a happy workplace again.
