My Mother made me beg to get circumcised. I didn’t really know what they would do. Mother watched and told them to cut more off. Mother invited her friends to watch too. I was used as a teaching example so several students practiced on me and others watched. Some took pics. It was humiliating and totally embarrassing. There are lots of pics out there of me strapped down, spread open, getting cut and trimmed. Mother made me send a Thank You card to each person who attended my circumcision. I had to show my circumcision to everyone after it healed. I was angry and resentful at first. Now I realize that Mother did the right thing.
