To the person who claims that schools ignore the “zero tolerance” bullying policy:
Some teachers take it very seriously. I know that from personal experience. When I was in high school I had a special ed teacher that enforces the policy so much that once she yelled at the entire class because some students were joking around. We were not being serious yet she thought that were were actually bullying others.
It depends on the staff/school.
