I’m sorry but I need to rant BADLY. Why have I just seen a baby grove for Girls that says ‘I hate my thighs’ and a Boys that says ‘I’m super’. Now- why are Girls clothes and toys patronising as s*** and just a blizzard of Pink?

-//Girls Toys: Only beauty related, simplistic/ worthless & damaging.
Boys stuff is amazing and cool with technology and scientific things like little chemistry sets, computers with lots of functions, construction tables…
Girls stuff is awful and degrading with nails, dresses, makeup (for kids bare in mind) and things with half as much functions as boys stuff.

I can’t believe the little Girl’s baby clothes saying they hate their body and another things that pissed me off was seeing a little girl’s hat saying ‘future Footballers Wife’! Wtf?! It’s almost as if they’re saying “One day your going to grow up to be a piece of pretty meat, and if your lucky enough, you’ll f*** Wayne Rooney!” Boy’s it’s ” Grown up, save the world, be a hero and do what you want!” – Which is how it should be for everyone.

I don’t know if it’s just down to companies brainwashing and indoctrinating girls to just Shut Up & Look Pretty and for boys to just Grow Up, Dominate the World & Be Strong.
It’s saddening to see because it truly effects children because little Girls from the age of 7 are becoming self-conscious and creatively undeveloped to just focus on their body. And some of the same things can be the same for boys. It’s just the world and Social Media pressuring the youth into being strong and muscular and thin and pretty.

We really need to change this and to be honest I think some celebrities need to encourage people to alter the things we project to younger generations because it can be seriously detrimental x
