And before i offed myself I decided to do ketamine ( I have done it before this but I upped the dose by alot and smoked weed on the come up) and experiencing the k hole opened up my mind to a whole new perspective on life and it completely erased my urge to kill myself it made me realize that I am lucky to be experience
