every single year, specifically in may, i develop a weird eating disorder. throughout spring, i binge and binge and binge. when i realise my summer clothes don’t fit me, i restrict and sometimes try to burn more calories than i eat. i don’t have anyone to talk to since i don’t want my parents involved, so if i mention to anyone that i have a trigger towards eating disorders and certain foods i’m afraid the message will get to my parents in some way.
