I used to be in really good shape, but over the years I lost motivation. I want to work out again but I keep feeling like I’ll loose motivation again.

  • Hey, try it out again, and try to not feel down if you do end up losing motivation. Even just trying is really hard. Don’t expect yourself to lose weight extremely fast. Set small goals, start making tiny changes. Each small step will get you closer to your goal. You might take a few, or many steps back, but don’t beat yourself up for it. You can do it 🙂
