I have a new manager and she is being arsey because of my dyslexia. She has suspended me from tasks at work and now I have to have an assessment for a job I have been doing for over 5 years. Can you imagine? She even threatened me by letter stating that, if I don’t have capacity that I can be fired at any time without pay.

I’m worried that the test, will reveal other things such as issues with memory which would mean that I am no linger suitable for this role. I hate having a learning disability, wish I was normal in that regard.
