I have this friend who I’ve been friends with since we were kids but in the last year his personal hygiene has gone down f****** hill he never cleans except his a****** before he goes out for d*** and he constantly gets headlice. And I used to forcibly treat him for headlice (and other health issues) but he gets really sad and offended when I do so I’ve started not saying anything and just lice combing my hair out of fear everytime I see him which is everyday because we work together. I’m also scared if I stop hanging out with him he’ll kill himself :/
