Forgive me father for I have sinned. I seem to find great injoyment into playing the exorcist theme song on my guitar. So much so that I started to research other demonized music like metal, while researching I started to go down a dark rabbit whole and found access into the deep web online. These last few months I’ve been looking at some pretty extreme violence. I know it’s not normal because I’ve started to like it and get injoyment out of watching. It feeds my anger and rage which I’ve started to crave. I want to stop but I can’t. It’s almost like a drug which I’m addicted to. How can I stop ?!?
