First weekend after graduating from high school 4 of us white boys, all friends, and 3 black exchange 18 year old boys from Africa went with 3 adults for a 2 day hike. We left for the hike early Friday morning, they had to be on their way back home Tuesday, the camping trip sounded great to them.
We got dropped off and started our hike, stopped for a quick lunch at noon, then proceeded on to our evening camp. It seemed like the 3 of them and paired up with 3 of us, but the other boy was kind of distant to them.
To make a long story short, after getting back home sunday I found out I wasn’t the only one of us that got visited in my tent by all three of them both nights. Guess they had something to talk about on the way back home. I got texts from them from time to time thanking me for the intertainment.
