I have worked in an electronics store for over ten years. After a while I started stealing small stuff. I remember very well starting with a computer mouse one day. I needed one, and for some reason it felt weird paying for it when I could just take it.
I was shocked by how easy it went. I was otherwise a perfect employee, so nobody every checked on me.
Over the years I started stealing more and more. I just kept monitoring the way stock was handled, and looked for blind spots. Over the years I took for thousands and thousands of euro’s in stuff. Everything from computers and big tv’s to washers and dryers. There aren’t many electronics in my house that I didn’t steal.
I quit working there a few years ago, and never did anyone suspect anything
