My parents have always favored my brother… paid his mortgage for over a year when he lost his job, bought him several vehicles over the years, countless instances of him being more important and more deserving. Its obvious to everyone that he is the favored “golden boy” and I am just the daughter.

A couple months ago my brother had a series of strokes and almost died. My mother actually said she had wished it was me instead of my brother cause he is her son and she couldn’t live without him. I know its wrong but I am angry he survived. The only good new is now that he is in rehab my mother doesn’t have the time to call me to cry on my hsoulder about her wonderful son.
