I have not been in this much physical pain in years. Abscessed tooth, abscess is swollen up inside the front of my face almost to my eye. It hurts so badly. No money no dental insurance. no car. don’t know what to do. everything has been going wrong and now this. I’ve tried every home remedy I could find, nothing works.
