My husband does not support me on my decision to punish our son for m***********. I am so tired of picking up crusty socks and towels from his room. My husband says to just leave them there and eventually he would pick them up and put them in the laundry. No. I am not having him leave bacteria all over my clean floors.
He doesn’t even think it’s a big deal for our son to abuse himself like that. He had the gall to tell me, “He’s 14, he will be playing with himself for quite a long time.” Not my son. He is going to learn to deal with those urges and do away with them through prayer. If my pastor knew my husband condoned my son’s s***** sin I would not live it down nor would he. Isn’t there anyone that supports me in this? Children are thrown s***** messages all the time – but m*********** is not the answer. Now I am suspicious of whether my husband has been m*********** throughout our marriage. It is a selfish, perverted act that removes sanctity from the act of s** AND encourages the participant to dwell on s***** thoughts.
