Someone recently hit my car. They do not have insurance and do have a revoked drivers license. It happened in a trailer court, they are getting away with it since it didn’t happen on a public road. My insurance won’t pay out since the car was totaled once before while in a hail storm. It only had dents on the body before and now i can’t drive the car due to the new damage. I have to sue if i want to make wrong right. I can’t afford to sue or to NOT have a car! I’m already living paycheck to paycheck. What can i do?
