I recently split with my long term partner and he quickly moved on to somebody else and I have had i********** with him twice whilst he is in this relationship . I can’t help but feel he still wants me and I resent the other female as she took him from me and I feel like part of me had *** to get back at them both . my feelings are mixed up and now I feel guilty but he is the one cheating here and I don’t know whether to keep quiet about it all or tell the other woman what we have been doing . !!! Any advice ?

I hate that the women I want to have se.x with, you have to get to know them first and build a rapport. You can’t just say ‘Come to bed with me’ you have to talk about and do a bunch of unrelated s.hit that has nothing to do with s.ex. And even then, after all that you might not get them into bed.
