Long story, badly treated by a landlord while paying premium rent for a dump in a shithole area. We left after 8 years never missing a payment and in good faith told him keep the deposit but in all honesty the house is unfit for humans, he knew about the busted heating promised to fix it 5 times but never did.

He tried to get our new address so he could forward the last of our mail on, this is 5 months after we left, so in 5 months he hadn’t even been to the property. I checked it myself it was still vacant. Suspicious. I wouldn’t give him our new address or my girlfriends whereabouts (obviously she’s with me).

15 months later his wife has been searching for my girlfriend on facebook, her name popped up on my girlfriends page as someone she may know. They have nothing on us, I have photographs of the place the day we left plus the gas boiler had one service in 8 years and he can’t refute it or dispute it. Corgi now gas safe won’t have any records of authorised gas fitters carrying out any kind of maintenance in at least 7 years while we were there.

WTF do they want of us? get dirty I’ll f***** bury them up to their necks in the law if pull any s*** for something were not liable for on their shithole.
