A former friend of mind won a big prize and she’s turned into such a snobby b**** that I cannot even consider her a friend any more. It makes be so angry because I encouraged her to enter, told her she would win, rejoiced with her as others frowned and now all the snobs that we always said were big headed and not worth our time are her BFFs. The people she warned me against are her bosom buddies. The guy I said was soulless is pretty much her favorite person in the world.

I miss my friend, I miss her self doubt. I hate that now she’s lording it over me and probably telling her new friends everything I said about them, even if she dispensed with her fair share of s*** talk. I hate that now that she recognizes her own strengths, she thinks she’s hot s*** on a silver platter.
