i did a script writing course and a film making course, a directing course and a newsreading course and also film and media studies subjects at university, and yet i am not qualified for that sort of work.
I did a pharmacy course, a podiatry assisting course, paralegal course, jp course, intro to dental course,
none of it has got me anywhere.
largely the problem is people don’t understand the humanities degree and its broad range of topics from criminology to philosophy, cultural and history to literature and political science and even more areas that touch on environmental science or nursing or law or education and HR etc…
the other thing is the years I was doing humanities ARTS and also Law there was just so many people doing it… when i did it…
i still have some skills … worked in radio stations and film productions a documentary on panic attacks and drama at school as well as singing etc so i could still do some work on a film set somewhere even if its background stuff. my parents owned a radio school and i also make a commercial at a tv station years ago.
