My parents made the choice not to immunize me. My father used to get immunized as a child and would become terribly ill every time. I support my parents in this decision. At school I am the target of ridicule by teacher and student alike. They claim that I am endangering the lives of the other people at school. They claim that I am taking away their choice to be well. I have thought about this and I am no doctor, but doesn’t the immunization protect them from me? I mean, They are immunized with a certain virus so their body can create an antibody for that virus. If I bring that virus to school they should be safe from it right? Unless that virus takes a massive leap in mutation. But then that restarts the cycle and none of us are immunized right? Why are people trying to take my choice to not immunize with such flawed logic? Comments please. As you can see there are questions in this statement.
