Rich people stick to their own. They may talk to you, bring up a job opportunity at the company they own, but they don’t hire outside their own kind. It doesn’t matter how educated or talented you are, how sparkling your personality, the strength of your loyalty, work ethic or goodness, they just know as well as you do that you’re different from them and that makes them uncomfortable.
