I work at a funeral directors and like to portray the image that I’m fairly immune to difficult situations, particularly when it comes to babies as I’m not a maternal person. I refer to all of the babies we deal with at work as “my little mates”, and talk to them as if they were alive. In some situations I find it’s hard to deal with my emotions, so I go home and drink to forget.
