I am in a never ending battle of hardship and being pushed around. At work I am ignored for promotions and looked over for any talents that shine through in any way. I hate being treated badly by co-workers and bosses but at varying degrees I have more skills and confidence in tasks then at other places I have worked. I just hate being treated like I am a sign post.
