Hi, Im Mark!
I wet my bed a few times a week. Sometimes I dream I am going to the bathroom, and wake up in time to catch myself peeing in my pants, and have time to run to the bathroom with only a small wet spot on my pants. Other times I dont wake up at all and dont remember anything about the accident, and just wake up the next day cold and wet. This is so embarrasing! A couple days ago I had a friend over and we were playing x-box 360, I fell asleep for like 20 minutes and woke up soaking wet! lucky for me it was dark and I was on a leather couch so he didnt see it. I dont like wearing pull-ups because I never wake up when I wear them, and I end up having more frequent accidents, but sometimes I just dont have enough time to deal with the wet sheats, pants, underwear, shirts, ect… last night I w**** goodnights, and sure enouf this morning they were like a giant sponge, and even overflowed into my pants and the sheets. I just ordered some “training pants” style absorbant cotton underpants, and hopefully those will allow me to wake up before my pants get wet, but Im not getting my hopes up too high. After all I have tried everything, alarms, medicine, not drinking before bed, and nothing works! I have had this problem all my life, since I was a baby. Once I wet my pants at school in 6th grade because I fell asleep during a movie we were wathcing in class.. That was the most embarassing experience of my life, another time when I was 14 I went to camp and some of my friends found my stash of pull-ups I brought, that really sucked. I have been dry before off and on for months, but havent gone a whole week without an accident since April! Most kids who wet the bed in their teens will outgrow it by their early twenties. I am now in my late 20’s but look 10 years younger than I am. I dont even grow face hair yet, and just got hair in my arm pits 4 years ago, when I was 24, so I think I still have a chance of outgrowing it. Anyway, now the world knows my secret. As bad as this problem sounds, I am very greatfull to God for making me who I am. There are alot of people out there that have much worse conditions. Hope you enjoyed a laugh at my expence.
