in 2021, i was stupid and young and me and my younger sister went on a walk by a heath. ive always been obsessed with fire and up until that point, me and my sister had been lighting leaves and s*** on fire near a river and letting it burn and then throwing it in the river if it grew too big. i set some dry grass on fire and… it spread big time, like a hectare burnt. we started to run, panicked and stopped, calling 999. i threw my lighter in the bushes opposite and acted innocent. me and my sister hate each other but its our biggest secret. whats worse is our grandparents praised us for calling 999. im now at uni doing an ecology course so if this came out, id lose my uni space, be rejected by everyone, and possibly be arrested.
