Communist “Activist” judge throws out Elon Musk’s lawsuit against a Dark Money Group. The dark money group poses as an ‘anti-hate’ group and then attacks publishers they do not like to drive advertisers away, resulting in tens of millions of dollars in losses. It’s an extortion scheme where the dark money group forces you to publish ONLY what they approve.
They tried this on Elon Musk and X (formerly Twitter) and Musk sued. The corrupt judge tossed the suit without hearing it.
This case is about punishing the defendants for their speech,” said judge Charles Breyer in California.
Well, duh, yeah, what is your point? Punishing certain speech is what defamation, libel, slander and inciting laws are all about…..as well as solicitation laws.
Libel is not protected speech. This judge is incompetent. But so are all liberal judges in the corrupt and dysfunctional US “justice” system.
What an absolute train wreck of a nation. At this point, nuking the country would be an act of mercy.
