Padilla announcing his name (even if it were audible to all) is akin to black people telling arresting officers “I can’t breathe” as a means to somehow take a relatively positive step from the {teets up} position they found themselves in. Ultimately it is (yet another case of) blacks killing blacks when all attempt to state: “I can’t breathe” upon arrest. A bunch of fools crying “wolf” … and nobody then cares when the wolf actually turns up.

Never mind the fact that your words would be inaudible IF indeed you weren’t breathing while you exclaimed: “I can’t breathe!”
