Our country should first help their own citizens. If it means carrying someone until they can walk on their own. Then so be it .
but no one is completely helpless . everyone can help and contribute to society and their own life. No one is a leech. Everyone has been gifted some god given ability . why cant some one care enough to say it. Talents that make you unique.
