Last year I made random Instagram accounts and followed myself on both my accounts. My friend was dating this boy, and I don’t know why but I made an account with the user (NAMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED) Sarah_Loves_Tommyy and I forgot about it, later on I was making an account with my friend so I said oh we can use my second one and change the username, bla bla bla. She looked threw the followers and saw the account, saw that it only followed me. I said I didn’t know anything about it, she told Sarah and she screenshotted it and posted it on Instagram. People looked at it and said stuff like “it only follows (my name) lol” and Sarah texted me saying “Are you sure it wasn’t you” and I said said “Hehe” to try and make it sound like a joke even though I was about to cry in the middle of CVS. She screenshots that, puts it on Instagram. I begged her to take it down and she did, but said that “it was creepy” I regret that so much you will never ever know. I don’t know why I made the account in the first place It wasn’t like I was creepily in love with my friend or anything, I just made it. No clue why. We are good friends today, but I still want to ball up and cry at mention of that.
