False hero syndrome, where someone pretends to have served in the forces but hasn’t. I need help on this. I’m from a military background and my stepson didn’t even pass basic training. He’s got his facebook page with himself in full fatigues training weapon and worst of all his grandads beret.

He didn’t pass training because military life wasn’t for him and my wife and I got him out. We bought him out only because he wanted bought out. If my family see’s his facebook they’ll tell me and her to F off.

She’s my wife he’s her son and my loyalties are to my wife, btw we’re all linked in via facebook.
