Not one single person is jealous of immoral scumbags who lie, cheat, and ruin other peoples lives just for their own perverse wants with no regard for anyone else, even flesh and blood who are affected by it. That is purely delusional. I would say the only thing people would be “jealous” of would be that those two are above ground and using up perfectly good oxygen that neither one deserves.
