STORY TIME:
(it isn’t even something that happened to me.)
So, on a bus that I used to take all the time, I noticed a lot of regulars would get on the bus at the same time I had to get on the bus. Among them were two people, a man and a girl. For the longest time, I thought that they were friends, but sometimes I’d notice that they’d flirt. I kind of just assumed that the girl was a college age girl because I live in a college town. The guy was obviously a business man of some sort, because he always dressed pretty nicely. One day, though, I heard her talking about colleges and tuitions and I think to myself ‘holy s***, she’s actually a junior!’ And I couldn’t believe it. After that happened, though, the business man kind of distanced himself from her. Let me tell you, it was the funniest f****** thing that happened on that bus. I mean, they still hang out, but he is keeping her away at arms length. What’s worse, though, is that they did most of the flirting while she was a SOPHOMORE. Heehee…I feel so bad for the guy. He really seemed to like her. Well. It was just too juicy that I couldn’t keep it in anymore. It seems funny in a horrible kind of way.
