People that play loud music in their cars are not only deaf but stupid. Not even animals are that stupid to disrupt public peace. In Puerto Rico that’s a shame and sadly considered “normal” when that points out who are the mentally unstable socipaths and selfish people. Will call the police on all of them until it becomes illegal to play s*** music out loud. It should be fined.
