There is an old paper bag lady in Harlem. Everyone knows what is in the paper bag that she carries. No one dares to touch her. The paper bag contains thousands and thousands of dollars and she walks unguarded. She shuffles along with the bag loaded with money.
Why does no one take it? She is an easy target.
