My husband and I are just about done building our dream home. It has been a stressful process and I am so happy and proud of the final product. The problem is that it is semi-large and I have been told by my husband and father in law not to show it off or invite people from work over. Most of my friends have also made rude comments about the size of the house. So here I sit with a beautiful house and I can’t think of one person to invite over for a house warming party.

To add to the stress, I was diagnosed with psoriasis about 9 months ago when I had two small patches. It is now to the point that it covers 60% of my body and I have lost over half of my hair. I am afraid to go out in public and thinking about spring where I can’t bundle up and cover it makes me break down in tears.

When will life ever get easier? The stress and the loneliness are really starting to get to me and I have no one to talk to about it all because I can’t talk about the house (the only thing that is good in my life at the moment) and I am embarrassed to talk about or show my psoriasis.
