A close work colleague and friend betrayed my trust. I told him something in strict confidence, and he told my boss. He told me he wrestled with it for over a week before deciding to tell someone. WHY?! You were the last person I expected to betray me. You have told me things, I have never repeated to ANYONE. You know why? Because I used to respect you. Your way of doing things, and how hard you work. But not now. Not only do you betrey my trust in you, you may also have cost me my job. I don’t think I can ever look at you in the same light again. I used to happy, more than happy to help you with things, but now, I want nothing more to do with you. I never thought if ever feel like that about you. I used to dreed the day when either you or me were moving on and we were no longer going to work together, now I look forward to that day. You could have just spoken to me, about how you felt. You didn’t need to go to my boss and put my job in danger. I want to try and forgive you, I just don’t think I can.
