Everyone knows about physical abuse, but no one ever mentions emotional abuse. I have been emotionally abused for the last 3 years and I just keep letting the same guy do it. As much pain as he has caused me, he is the only person to have ever cared to ever be in a relationship with me. Some days are so painful and hard, I don’t understand why life tortures me in such ways. I just wish to know what it feels like to really be cherished loved, even if it’s only for a day.
