My husbands best friend is about to move in right across the street from us. It’s a small town and tight knit community. I like him very much. But the problem is I have a crush on him. He’s not gorgeous or super fit, he’s just cool, fun to be around. He also reminds me of a man I had an affair with 3 years ago. It was a long term affair that lasted off and on for 5 years. Further complicating things, he hasn’t had s** in years and I haven’t had s** in almost 4 years. His wife is often ‘absent’. Even when she’s home, she’s watching tv or barking out orders. They are together quite a bit and sometimes he and I are alone. I just feel like this could be a recipe for disaster. I think if I did come on to him, he would decline. But still…
