Today at work my coworkers and I were discussing our siblings which led to a sub topic of men shouldnt hit women regardless of what they do. To which I largely agree with. But context is everything. Did the upset you with words? Did the do something with their actions that bothered you? Not an acceptable reason for physical violence. Did they come at you physically with the intent to harm you? That’s an acceptable reason to hit back. No one is above getting their just desserts. Anyways I upset my coworkers by saying that. Because they’re brainwashed by the old world. But what made them really heated was that I said I used to hit my sister. Which if you allow me to explain you’ll see why. My sister growing up was not very nice to me. In fact she used to use me as her personal punching bag. She got me into trouble one day by telling my to say something to our parents. When they started to whoop my a** for saying what I said I pleaded with them saying she told me to say that. To which they turned their anger on her. Which in turn she took out her anger on me for ratting her out. That’s the kind of sister she was back then. Anyways that kind of s*** continued throughout our childhood. She would just hit me when ever I inconvenienced her. When I was about 12 there came a day that I just finally snapped. I was on the computer doing something, and she came in and kicked me off it. Literally. To which I got upset over. She started talking down to me. Berating me for existing and ruining her life. That things were so much better before I was born and that she just wished I was dead. She’s 4 years older for reference. But I lost it. I walked back into the computer room walked up behind her and snatched her by her pony tail and yanked it so hard the she flipped backwards out of the computer chair. And I just started wailing on her. I mean just putting every ounce of strength I had into each punch. But her being older and much much bigger, she was quickly able to overcome me. And when she flipped the tables on me, the only thing I saw was the look in her eyes, which told me she wanted blood. I had never seen her that way. She just went berserk. The only thing I could do was block at that point. And it moved from the computer room to the stairs. And by the time we got to the stairs I was starting to lose badly. She was getting hits to my head. As this is happening my dad walks in the door directly at the bottom of the steps. He takes one look at this s*** show and sees her hitting me in the face and screams “STOP, DONT HIT HIM IN THE FACE YOU COULD BREAK HIS GLASSES!” Not stop that’s your brother or that’s family or something to that affect. Nope. My glasses. To me, this meant he didn’t care that she was beating me up. He was more worried about dropping more money so I could see properly. And to this day that still stings in my heart and I harbor a small resentment for it. Regardless, she proceeds to not listen and just starts hitting me in the dead center of my face. I had blood dripping from my face. So he quickly intervened and separated us. He got the lowdown of what had happened and she got in absolutely no trouble. I however was grounded for a month. Because I could have broken her neck. And because boys shouldn’t attack women. And that ultimately put me in the wrong. Even though it’s completely her fault. I only acted based on her actions. She had literally been using me as a verbal and physical punching bag for years, but the moment I lose my s*** over it and do something about it I’m the bad guy. F*** off. My sister is the sole reason I believe women are not immune to getting their s*** rocked if the circumstances are right. Because women are not fragile, they’re feisty and they can and will kill you. They are just as much of a threat as any guy could be. That being said and to reiterate I’m not saying it’s ok to just go around and hit women for the sake of it or because they upset you, but there are circumstances in which it is 100% acceptable and encouraged to do so. Because after that incident she didn’t f*** with me. Not physically anyways. Also just to throw in for some more insight to how much of a b**** she was, she one time locked me in a bathroom for four hours so she could smoke weed with her friends. The bathroom was approximately the size of a Portapotty. Maybe a bit smaller. And I’m claustrophobic. And she knew that. Anyways, I told my coworkers this and they all looked at me with disgust. Telling me that I was a terrible brother. In short, I hate this world and it’s backwards thinking.
