I am angry that my manager at the company i work for is a bully. Someone who has made my time at the company a living hell and my experience a complete misery. I hate the fact that she is in cahoots with a work colleague who is also her friend outside at work and at the workplace. Both of the women seem to feel that their bullying behaviour is acceptable in any workplace. I have on many occasions thought aout handing in my notice but for some unknown reason havent yet done so. Maybe its the idea that what goes around comes around and their behaviour will be identifed as such. I have hope that there is light at the end of this tunnel!
