The realization that the person you thought you´d be safe and sound with may also have doubts concerning your relationship, is a painful one.
Of course, doubts kind of come along with the principle of a relationship. But you can never be sure of what you have with somebody. In fact, you shouldn´t be. “Panta rhei”, meaning that everything is in constant motion and you rather tend to loose things, when you cling to them to hard.
Right now I want to be with her so desperately, it hurts. But I know that if I´d call her, text her or otherwise made her feel that I need her so bad right now, would rather cause the contrary. Feelings can´t be controlled.
